TERMS LAST UPDATED: September 2020

  1. All relevant source and reference files must be supplied by the client before work can commence. If there is a delay in providing these Green Light Music reserves the right to delay the deadline date. All quoted delivery times are from the date the source files are received.

  2. The client is responsible for providing as much direction as possible before the project starts, using the form link provided upon order. This will ensure the order runs smoothly and deadlines can be met. Green Light Music will not be held liable for missed deadlines due to lack of clear direction or changes to the brief once the project is underway.

  3. We grant unlimited revision requests to the final delivered works on selected services, but these are at the discretion of Green Light Music. We reserve the right to deny any recurring or unreasonable requests. The standard charge per revision round thereafter is £35.

  4. Payment must be made in full before the project commences, unless an agreement has otherwise been made. Orders are not refundable, except in the instance that we cannot for any reason deliver your order. In this case, a full refund will be issued.

  5. Any work that is released commercially must credit ‘Green Light Music’ as the producer(s).

  6. The client agrees that they are paying for a ‘subjective’ service in the form of original audio material, and acknowledges that a certain amount of ‘artistic freedom’ must be accepted before placing an order. To this effect, Green Light Music also agrees to deliver a professional service, which includes (but is not limited to) delivering creative work of a professional standard, with all files delivered in high-resolution WAV format. Green Light Music agrees all music, lyrics and songwriting will be original and not plagiarised, and if any samples or loops are used they will be royalty-free and cleared for commercial use.
